Great questions!

Who can see a chiropractor?

Everyone can and should get checked! With the adjustment might look different for different people, the goal is always to clear the nervous system of interference so that the brain can better communicate with the rest of the system (muscles, organs, nerves, blood flow, etc.)

Why do I hear a "crack" when I get adjusted?

That cavitation sound you sometimes hear when you get adjusted is simply the sound of some oxygen being released from the subluxation. Sometimes you hear the cavitation while a chiropractor removes the subluxation, but sometimes you don't. Newborn and infant adjustments, for example, don't usually make sound at all!

How often do I need to go to the chiropractor?

At first we like to see all of our patients 3 times a week. This is why we make our memberships so affordable, included with unlimited adjustments. Then, we analyze how well the system is adapting to stress and holding their adjustments. Our goal is always to get our patients down to 1-2 times a month on wellness care.

How long is each visit?

Every first visit is 45 minutes for exam and consultation. If you qualify you'll receive a first visit adjustment. Every follow up visit will be about 10-15 minutes.

Does getting adjusted hurt?

Getting adjusted should NEVER hurt! Sometimes, muscles or ligaments are a bit sore from overuse. In those cases, if an adjustment is needed, we take a very gentle approach to removing the subluxation.

Will Chiropractic hep with my symptoms?

When the way the brain communicates with organs, muscles, nerves, immune system, and the vascular system is interfered there are many symptoms that present. This includes headaches, constipation, heart conditions, sickness, grogginess and more. We will be releasing several research articles that support the effectiveness of chiropractic so keep an eye out!
